Olden Era Guide is a fan-made strategy resource dedicated to Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era — the latest entry in the legendary turn-based strategy franchise. We are players, just like you, who fell in love with the depth and complexity of this game and wanted to create the resource we wished we had when we started playing.

Editorial Methodology & Coverage Boundary

The GameGuideHub editorial team is responsible for reviewing the guide, separating observed mechanics from strategic interpretation, and correcting pages when evidence changes. We use official store and patch information, in-game descriptions, community reports, and documented play observations. When a value or interaction is not confirmed, we label it as a guide interpretation rather than presenting invented test data.

For Olden Era specifically, our coverage examines Temple, Necropolis, Grove, Hive, Schism, and Dungeon; hero builds and skills; Focus Points; town and economy priorities; adventure-map movement; creature growth; combat, spells, and artifacts; and beginner campaign routes. The boundary excludes a claim of complete testing for every unit statistic, map seed, balance interaction, platform difference, or Early Access build. Version status should be checked against the live client and official patch notes.
